We acquired a detached bungalow on a prominent corner plot in Bromley, BR1. We gained planning permission for a block of 9 self contained 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in early 2023. Works begun shortly after and were completed in Spring 2024.

These were completely sold in June 2024 and added to the private housing market, Bromley is a professional area with great character, with only a few boutique developments popping up each year.

Bromley is an excellent area, both for commuting into London and for reaching picturesque country villages and scenery. This area is vibrant with lots to offer through morning to night within the town centre and surrounding areas.
